Williams said she turned to a GLP-1 after struggling to lose weight post-pregnancy despite training and eating clean. The tennis legend and WYN Beauty founder revealed she lost more than 31 pounds and that the medication “helped me enhance everything that I was already doing—eating healthy and working out.” She added, “I feel really good and healthy. I feel light physically and light mentally.”

Andy Cohen

On his Radio Andy show, Cohen admitted he “micro-dosed a GLP-1 all summer” and lost 25 pounds. “It really helped me with cravings, which I was having a very hard time with,” he said, adding that it pushed him to be “more disciplined with my diet and with working out.”

The RHONJ star has been open about using Ozempic and later Mounjaro while navigating menopause and thyroid issues. “When you start the GLP-1s, one of the side effects is nausea,” she shared, noting that staying active was still essential: “You still have to work out…People don’t believe that. Whoopi Goldberg

On The View, Goldberg explained she weighed nearly 300 pounds when filming Till and turned to Mounjaro for help. “One of the things that’s helped me drop the weight was the Mounjaro. That’s what I used,” she said. “I’ve lost almost two people…it’s been really good for me.”

Clarkson clarified that while she is not on Ozempic, she began another prescription after her bloodwork worsened. “Everybody thinks it’s Ozempic, but it’s not. It’s something else,” she said. “Mine is a different [drug] than people assume, but I ended up having to do that too because my bloodwork got so bad.”
