Being transparent isn’t a requirement for fame, but some stars are open about their cosmetic procedures anyway. Even though we’ve moved past a lot of the old stigmas surrounding A-listers getting “work” done, you’d be surprised by how many in the celebrity world still avoid admitting to things like having breast implants. For stars like Kylie Jenner and Gisele Bündchen, though, there’s nothing wrong with being upfront about getting a little, or big, boost.

Chrissy Teigen

During a game of “The Lies Have It” on Watch What Happens Live, Teigen was supposed to tell Kate Chastain a lie, but instead, she accidentally shared a truth: “I’ve had my boobs done three times,” she revealed. While she didn’t exactly follow the rules of the game, the model and TV personality won fans over with her candid confession.

“It’s the truth,” Teigen told Andy Cohen. “I’ve had a lift, put them in, taken them out. I don’t like them out,” she added.

Megan Fox

During an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Fox opened up about her decision to get breast implants, revealing that she had them “done conservatively” between filming the first and second Transformers movies. After breastfeeding her two children, she opted to have them “redone.” Fox also addressed common rumors about her appearance, clarifying, “I’ve never had a facelift of any kind.” However, she admitted there’s one surgery she would consider if she could: “If I could, I would. I don’t have the extra body fat,” she said about a Brazilian Butt Lift.

Kylie Jenner

In a July 2023 episode of The Kardashians, Jenner candidly discussed her breast augmentation, revealing she got her “boobs done” before giving birth to her daughter, Stormi Webster. “I got my breasts done… not thinking I would have a child when I was 20,” Jenner shared. Reflecting on the decision, she expressed regret, saying, “I just wish I never got them done to begin with.” Jenner recommended waiting until after having children to have a breast augmentation.

Additionally, with a viral comment in response to a TikTok asking for exact “order,” Jenner kicked off a transparency movement among celebs and influencers. “445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle,” she wrote. “Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol.”

Alix Earle

In early 2023, the TikTok influencer celebrated her “boob-aversary” by sharing her breast augmentation journey in a “GRWM” video. She explained that she opted for 275 cc moderate-profile saline implants but admitted, “I wish I did a little bit more.” Earle also revealed that her surgeon used an incision through her armpit, resulting in minimal scarring. Addressing questions about her implant size, she reminded followers that body shape plays a role: “Everyone’s body is different.”

Later, inspired by Kylie’s viral “order” post, Earle got extra specific: “275 cc in one, 295 cc in another. Saline under the muscle, Dr. Hidalgo, NYC (kind of wish I did silicone though). Went through armpit for incision. ILY.”

Brianna LaPaglia (Brianna Chickenfry)

The Barstool podcaster has been open about her breast augmentation, even sharing the specifics with followers on TikTok back in 2022. “Phenomenal question that I asked so many people before I got my boob job, and no one really gave me [an] answer,” she explained when asked about implant size. “I ended up getting 290 CC. I think 290 in one boob and 295 in the other but if that’s not right, then it’s 290 across the board. For reference, I am five eight and a half, and I am 100 and like, 27 pounds…my boobs, I feel like, made me feel bigger.”
