Christine and Gabriel Chiu are as much a part of Beverly Hills beauty culture as they are of the luxury world they inhabit. She’s a Bling Empire star who has been candid about her own treatments and struggles, he’s a board-certified plastic surgeon known for his precise, artistic approach. Together, they represent two sides of the same story: the patient and the physician, the consumer and the expert.

The couple recently sat down with The Beauty Authority to talk about the treatments they rely on, the rise of biologic fillers and why hair loss has become one of beauty’s most important conversations.

Skinboosters and Go-To Treatments

Christine is clear about what works and what doesn’t. “The more time I waste on things that smell good but don’t make a difference, the older I’m going to look,” she says. Instead, she leans on medical-grade staples like SkinCeuticals, Alastin, PCA Skin, Skinbetter Science and SkinMedica. In the treatment room, she’s devoted to Skinvive for hydration and Alma’s Hybrid CO2 laser for everything from red-carpet prep to deeper resurfacing.

For Dr. Chiu, biologic fillers like Alloclae are among the most exciting developments. “We’re seeing retention rates above 90 percent a year out,” he explains. “It’s changing the way we think about natural, long-term results.”

Christine’s Struggle With Hair Loss

Christine has also opened up about experiencing sudden, dramatic hair loss. “It was shocking and really emotional,” she says. She tried everything from prescription medications and exosomes to red-light therapy and platelet-rich plasma. What stood out most was how common the experience is: “So many women are going through the same thing, even if they don’t talk about it.”

Dr. Chiu notes that this reinforces what he sees daily: There’s rarely a single solution. “The best results come from combining approaches and tailoring them to the individual,” he says.

How Dr. Chiu Creates Transformations

When it comes to plastic surgery, Dr. Chiu views it as an intricate blend of science and creativity. “Plastic surgery is medicine, but it’s also psychology and art,” he explains. “I want to know why a patient wants something, how it will affect their confidence and what result will feel right for them.”

For Christine, that holistic approach resonates. “We really need to respect the relationship of inner and outer beauty and how they correlate,” she says. “Wellness is inside out, outside in.”

Before wrapping up, the couple teased a possible step into beauty and wellness. Given how open they’ve been and the perspective they bring, we’re genuinely excited to see what they do next.
