Meredith Marks may be known for her calm composure amid the chaos of reality TV, but behind that cool-as-ever demeanor is a woman who knows exactly what works for her. Between filming The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, growing business ventures and taking her new DJ gig on the road, the star is giving us a look inside the glam and glow that keep her camera ready.

What does your everyday beauty routine look like?

“Sunblock is super important. The sun is one of the most damaging things to your skin. My favorite is a serum formula from Kiehl’s, followed by my go-to Armani foundation, which I’ve used for years. It just gives you really smooth, great-looking skin.

I rotate through a lot of different stuff. I use Amanda Caroline skin care from Real Housewives of London because I’ve known her for many years. I’ve been using Tata Harper too. It’s important to keep your skin very moisturized, especially in Utah, where it’s really dry.”

What are your go-to aesthetic treatments?

“I’m definitely a fan of Botox, not crazy heavy Botox, but light Botox. I like to still have a little bit of movement. I don’t like to be frozen. I’m not a filler person, contrary to what a lot of people think. I tried it many years ago and had everything dissolved, so there’s zero filler. I love threads. I did a bunch of threads with Dr. Ron in Miami. I also like the vampire facial and use red light therapy or the LYMA Laser ($5,995). It’s all cumulative; it adds up when you stay consistent.”

Do you feel pressure to undergo cosmetic treatments before a new season starts?

“It’s not that you feel pressure to keep up, you just become hyper aware. When you’re on camera, everything shows up; things you wouldn’t notice in real life suddenly become obvious.”

Who inspires your personal style?

“My mother is super chic and stylish. She’s always well put together. It’s not about doing crazy or over-the-top stuff, it’s about beautiful fabrics, silhouettes and fabrication. My kids give me a little more pizzazz, but we’re all classic at the end of the day.”

You’ve got so much happening beyond Bravo. What’s next for you?

“I’m starting my DJ tour and we’re going to ten different cities. It’s like throwing a party every night. We just launched pre-orders for a game called Rumors and Nastiness. It’s sort of like Two Truths and a Lie. You’re trying to figure out if it’s a rumor or a nasty truth. We have some very chic bath bombs coming out that are great for your skin, moisturizing and fabulous. We’re also opening a caviar lounge in Park City. The front will be a jewelry store with a speakeasy-style caviar bar in the back.”

What are your best wellness tips for staying youthful?

“I rotate through different workouts. I did Pilates yesterday, but I always make sure to lift weights. As women age, we lose so much muscle, so it’s important to lift even just to keep your weight under control…I stay away from sugar, fast food and fried foods. I eat in moderation and as clean as I can. It keeps you healthy mentally and physically and your skin looking good.”

What helps you unwind at the end of the day?

“Sometimes I need to vent, so I’ll talk to my husband or my kids. A lot of the time, I just want to put on some music. That’s a great way to chill. I’m also a huge backgammon player. It’s peaceful for me.”
