There are always a ton of celebrities at the Met party. I got introduced to Taylor Swift (in Gilles Mendel), Kerry Washington (Escada), and Kristen Stewart, who was with Jack McCollough and Lazaro Hernandez of Proenza Schouler, who made her dress. Ms. Stewart didn’t seem like much of a talker—you can’t really have a conversation there — but when she started to move on, she turned and said, “It was nice to meet you.”
